Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vavoeo handles information when you use the app. Vavoeo is a lightweight video trimming tool that helps users choose, preview, save, and export cleaner video clips.

By using the app, you understand that your video files and editing choices may be processed on your device to provide the app's core functions.

Information You Provide

The app may process videos that you choose from your device library or sample content that you choose to open in the app. Video files, trim ranges, draft records, export status, and related project information may be stored locally on your device so the app can reopen saved work.

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, question, screenshots, or app issue description.

Device, App, and Purchase Information

The app may use basic operating information, such as app settings, local preferences, and device permission status, to provide import, preview, export, and photo library saving features.

If you make an in-app purchase, purchase processing is handled through Apple and the App Store. We may receive limited purchase-related status needed to unlock or credit in-app items, but we do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the app, maintain local draft and export records, process selected videos, save exported clips when you request it, provide optional paid features, respond to support requests, and improve app reliability.

We do not use your selected videos to identify you, and we do not sell your personal information.

Local Records and Retention

Most app content is stored locally on your device. Drafts, trim settings, imported file references, exported file references, and preferences may remain on your device until you delete them, remove the app, or use an available delete or reset action.

Videos saved to the Photos app are managed by your device photo library. Removing a project from Vavoeo may not delete a copy that you separately saved to Photos.

Service Providers and Platform Services

Vavoeo relies on iOS and Apple platform services for video selection, video export, in-app purchases, and optional saving to the Photos library. These services are governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices.

We may use service providers for support, diagnostics, or app operations if needed, but they are expected to process information only for app-related purposes.

Your Choices and Controls

You can choose whether to grant access to videos or permission to add exported clips to Photos. You can also decline optional paid features. If permissions are denied, related features may not work until permissions are enabled in your device settings.

You may delete local app data by removing the app from your device or by using available in-app options when provided.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Vavoeo is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Use

The app may be used globally. If you contact us or use platform services, information may be processed in locations where Apple, our service providers, or we operate.
